Ms. Frizzle from The Magic School Bus (!!!), Bernadette from ZOOM, Velma and Daphne from Scooby Doo (mostly Velma), Penny from Inspector Gadget, and I’m not sure if this is young enough, but Topanga from Boy Meets World was super awesome.
